What we are looking for;
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent departments of universities,
- Min + 6 years of experience in customer experience analytics and data manipulation skills and project follow-up,
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire,
- Desire to work in a dynamic anf fast- moving startup environment,
- Customer-driven mindset with a desire and ability to identify customer pain points,
- Experience in cross-functional team managament,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Dutch
- Strong interpersonal, team communication, and coordination skills,
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Highly self-motivated, flexible, and energetic, able to work autonomously,
- Knowledge about CRM systems and the ability to understand the ecosystem.
What you will do;
- Take end-to-end ownership of technical issues encountered by customers, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, and issue resolution and communication.
- Provide product feedback and insights to the business and product teams,
- Understand, retrieve, aggregate and analyze data from different platforms using tools
- Analyze all customer journeys and processes, identify problems and come up with practical and executable solutions,
- Manage regular reporting of all customer experience-related metrics,
- Prepare ad-hoc customer experience-related reports and respond to other reporting and data-related requests,
- Analyze and identify shortcomings of all customer-related channels,
- Liaise with technology and marketing teams on projects, align goals and steps,
- Design customer journeys, prepare scope documents for IT and related business units,
- Follow comments of customers on CSAT, NPS, and app store ratings regularly and able to challenge the status quo
- Prepare voice of customer presentations to the company
