• Strong communication skills and experienced in team management,
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs,

• Very good command in English and Dutch,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
• No travel restrictions.

What you will do;

• Manage all stages of field operation,
• Lead teams in projects related to operational issues,
• Follow up the company vehicles supplied for the field and the scooters in the field,
• Ensure that operational information is transmitted in a timely and appropriate manner,
• Make staff planning, control employee performance and effectively manage the team that is subordinate to him,
• Approach the problems that may occur in the field with a solution-oriented approach and to produce alternative solutions.
