As a Country Operations Manager you will provide leadership on day to day field operations. The role is focused on Field Operations in Vienna, but also different parts of Austria in the near future.

What we are looking for; 

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience,  

- Having a minimum 7 years of operation management experience in preferably E-Commerce, FMCG and Retail sectors,  

- Team management experience,  

- Result-oriented and possess the ability to lead by example,  

- A great analytical thinker with strategic perspective,  

- Business case decision-making, complex problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do;

- Managing all stages and units of the Field Ops in Austria, 

- Supervise and lead the company expectations, 

- Staff planning, supervising employee performance and effectively managing subordinate teams, 

- Motivate employees to increase their performance, 

- Establish result based operational process & manage teams KPIs, 

- Provide consistent, effective and open communication.
