We are looking for a passionate Scooter Mechanic Supervisor for our team in GO Sharing! 

As a Scooter Mechanic Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing our scooter fleet. You will oversee a team of scooter mechanics, ensuring that all scooters are in top condition, safe to ride, and available for customers. Your responsibilities will include managing maintenance schedules, supervising repairs, and maintaining a well-organized workshop.

What you will do;

1. Supervision: Lead and manage a team of scooter mechanics, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality maintenance and repairs.

2. Maintenance Scheduling: Create and manage maintenance schedules to ensure all scooters are serviced regularly and proactively address potential issues.

3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of scooters to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. Identify and address maintenance issues promptly.

4. Repairs: Oversee and assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in scooters, including but not limited to brakes, batteries, tires, and electronics.

5. Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring that the workshop is well-stocked and efficient.

6. Safety: Enforce safety procedures and guidelines in the workshop and ensure that all work complies with safety regulations.

We are looking for;

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.

- Proven experience as a mechanic with a minimum of 7 years in scooter or motorcycle maintenance.

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

- Knowledge of electric scooters, their components, and maintenance requirements.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in vehicle maintenance.
